Now Rhea Ripley has made her debut ,Asuka is a singles wrestler again and Alexa Bliss is kinda there, also Becky and Charlotte are coming back. That's not a bad base for a division, although I'd send Charlotte to Smackdown and Bailey to Raw to keep things fresh. On SD they have Sasha, Bianca Belair, Bailey (again, I'd have Charlotte instead), Carmella could be back in the title picture at any point and I'm hoping Io Shirai is getting the call up. If Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler split up and go to different brands there will be two more big additions to the singles division. Let's not forget Nikki Cross, who could get pushed again at some point. Right now what they need is to strengthen the women's tag team division. Right now there are 5 teams but I expect teo to split up, perhaps the Iconics could reunite and make it 4 but I think at least 2 more actual teams are needed.

It would have helped if wrestlers like Mandy Rose, Sonya Deville, Ember Moon, the Southern Belle and even Carmella were allowed to just wrestle and be badass. Instead, the WWE emphasized over-the-top characters. Look at Lynch, Bayley, Flair, Sasha, Toni Storm, Rhea, Azuka, and others.... they have characters but the characters are subtle and subservient to just being presented as strong in the ring.
