People wanted a series but at the time, Jamie Hewlett and Damon Albarn (sorry if I spelled his name wrong.) where already starting to work on demon days. Along the way they ran into some Budget problems. They completed the album and Jamie Hewlett got asked to do some side projects while doing art for tank girl (his comic book) and absolute a few years later. During this he pitched an idea for a series (witch he mentions in an interview) but was already swarmed with projects that he had dead lines for. Also he saw that he didn't have as much creative freedom that he would just going on with any other project he's doing. Personally I just want at least a small web series where we get to see his ideas. I like the humor in these little bites.
