It's not a matter of bringing. Del has his own career as a solo artist and with his crew Hieroglyphics. That's why he doesn't have always time to show up just to rap 2 verses and that's all. San Francisco is ner his hometown of Oakland so it could happen but if he has his solo stuff to do he can't go to Italy, Russia or wherever Gorillaz play for 1 song. He went on a tour with the Gorillaz last year.
