Similarly, I also predict the album having a Now Now type of sound to it (as much as what would seem to be a new story arc a-la-Humility and Tranz/Murdoc chats going on for the Cracker Island vid) *while* having the dark themes of Humanz. It wouldn't be surprising as it has been like the Sides tradition but with mini or scaled down albums in-between big productions since Plastic Beach.

Always good to hear from you! Excited to see Gorillaz again on tour in NA. After Damon was on McCartney’s recent remix album, there’s never been a more likely time for McCartney to feature on a Gorillaz project, but fingers stay crossed I suppose

I loved the new song and I’m super excited for the new album. Song Machine restored my full faith in Gorillaz after losing a little during the humanz and The Now Now (I love those albums but it wasn’t really what I wanted from Gorillaz). So I’m all on board again. Best cult I’ve ever joined

I do love all the gorillaz albums but wen song machine and meanwhile I wasn’t too excited but the new album coming haven’t been this excited since the now now haha
