It's cool that you're digging Gorillaz. I feel bad for the new fans though because a lot of the old stuff does'nt exist anymore. On the official website you used to be able to explore the building in this video (Kong Studios). And they all age between each era (Phase) it's just less obvious with the rest of the band. Rise of the Ogre will give you the official story of the charaters if you're interested. Dirty Harry and El Manăna are the last videos from this album to see.

The head is Shawn Ryder, he is very well known in England as he was part of a band called happy Mondays; who were quite popular in the UK, but never really cracked the USA

The building is "Kong Studios" where Gorillaz was stationed from their debut album up to after the completion of Demon Days and D-Sides. The following album "Plastic Beach" puts them at the island you see at the end of the music video "Melancholy Hill". I believe Noodle is roughly i want to say like 14 or 15 in this video, maybe 16. I think the singing head is Sean from the band "The Happy Mondays". If you liked this song you should check out the music video for the song "Do Ya Thang" with Andre 3000 collaborating.

Noodle is the only one that "grows" because she was a CHILD when this all started, of course her growth is gonna be more noticeable than the THREE GROWN ADULTS who are her band mates. I feel like some Gorillaz fans forget how aging works. Especially since 2D, Murdoc, and Russel _are_ noticeably older in Phase 7 than they were in 1 or 2.
