personally speaking, I had stayed with Bengalis for more than 20 years, I have seen jealousy, racism (calling me ei Nepali, Kancha, darwan and what not), selfishness, rudeness and what not and hence I have decided to stay miles away from Bengalis and sadly this thinking resembles with lakhs of gorkhas living in bengal. I m half gorkhali, every walk of life we face racism, if you don't like us it's ok but you have no rights to abuse us
