What an amazing apt. I am sure both of you and your three "children" will be happy there with all the extra space and long balcony. Did you say there were two! The kitchen is so spacious but yes you need more cabinets, and some deeper shelves if possible. You will be happy I'm certain. J’ai adoré ce home tour, merci à vous 2 ❤ Pour répondre à votre questionnement, en Occident/France on met la machine à laver dans la cuisine si la salle de bain est trop petite pour cela, sinon c’est dans la salle de bain. Pour Tsu-San on dit la pièce de Tsu San ou son bureau mais pas la chambre car il n’y dort pas ☺️ Votre appartement est très lumineux et vous avez une belle pièce à vivre bien spacieuse, hâte de voir comment vous allez aménagé tout cela. YAY, I have been anxiously waiting for this! I love the space. Yes, I agree the refrigerator should be facing the other way and shelving for items could be placed next to it. The kitchen 'island' could be useful for various things. I love to cook but I must have my tools easily accessible to me so many of my much-used items are visible. Such a lovely space. There is peel and stick wallpaper for the entry way. I love the large windows and doors! Congratulations

Wishing you both much happiness in your new apartment. It is very spacious and bright. I love all of the patios. Take your time to decorate. Your new space can accommodate large glass doored antique armoires and/or china cabinets that can display your treasures without becoming a dust magnet especially around your mini treasures. . A mini library setting with floor to ceiling shelves, where Mamiko’s desk would be, may be attractive for all of your books. Decorating can be costly but you have an eye for design and antiques. I can’t wait to see how things turn out. Take your time - you definitely have the room now to showcase your treasures. I can’t wait to join you on your journey! 🥰🎉🎉

You have a lovely new apartment! The wood floors and huge windows are beautiful. Tsu-san I too love the character of the windows and trim etc of older buildings, so that would be a consideration for me too initially. But I agree, the simple windows don't bother me either, and the light is wonderful! All the decor you both have will fill the apartment with charm and coziness. The kitties will love the windows too! I'm glad you adopted Yuzu. She will have a great life safe inside with you now.

Very spacious. And the kitchen is quite a bit bigger than your previous one. When you get your new refrigerator, I would turn it to open into the room then you could put a good sized cabinet beside it easily. Kitchens are important. One of my favorite rooms.
