Hi Thanks for your comment this is the reason we offer other services in our business to tackle Gorse once and for all. With the correct management practices what you are saying does not happen. There is more to gorse than a lot of people think hence why they never get anywhere with there battle. The Hills you mention above we now do a lot of work for the Regional Council for native planting prep the gorse can make a perfect nursery crop for other native species due to the gorse fixing nitrogen into the soil as well as giving shelter for younger saplings.
