the fact that blitz had sorry right on the tip of his tongue but was unable to say it before stolas kicked him out shows that he at that moment realized exactly what stolas was saying and knew that he was ruining his chance at finally having what he's always wanted. If stolas had just given blitz that one moment to speak, things might have actually turned out different. He overloaded Blitz without realizing it and it triggered blitz's instinct to fight because fight or flight is all blitz has ever been taught (it sounded like he was kind of channeling his dad a bit there). Stolas is turning everything Blitz has come to understand upside down and inside out and the fact that he has to see Stolas crying in order for it to hit him shows just how deeply his denial has him buried, just how truly unlovable he thinks he is. The fact that we have to wait for the next episode is killing me.

@@Shio_CAE I blame his dad, that teaser trailer showed a glimpse of the past and it was his dad that kept him from visiting fizz in the hospital. His mom is dead, his best friend is in the hospital because of an accident he unintentionally caused and is being told everything is his fault, his father has never once in his life shown him any kind of care and probably disowned him after the fire, probably kicked him out of the circus too. God knows what happened between him and his sister that caused her hatred (my thought is maybe she OD'ed and blitz is the reason for her being in rehab and she blames him for saving her). The trauma just dog piled on top of him and the only way he could protect what little bit of his heart and sanity was left was to surround it in bear traps and blocks of ice.

Im giving blitzo the highest benefit of the doubt here. When he was yelling at Stolas he was basically saying "I didn't have time to process, rich assholes always try to oush us away and im not letting you so lets go" lets go meaning talk about it.

stolas never showed explicitly to blitz how he really felt. So this confession is out of nowhere for blitz and it’s obvious he would be in disbelief. I don’t think any of blitz issues play a role in this scene but it’s simply that stolas created a toxic, manipulative and transactional relationship and expected that blitz would belive him immediately the second he says “oh by the way I fell in love with you”. The second blitz calls him out for his bullshit people deviate the blame on his abandonment issues rather than on stolas for his hypocrite behaviour and the way he keeps their interactions in a power imbalance situation both emotionally (the self pity and accusing blitz of always thinking about sex even though he is the one that always Treated him like a plaything) and physically (he uses magic at first as a way to bind him and then as a way to shun him away).

I think this episode sorta explains the benefits and the cons with being friends with benefits, where 2 people who are friends with benefits but the other person wants to be more than friends with benefits, keeps getting friend zoned and over time there love for that person begins to drain and drain until they just don't want to be with them anymore.stolos showed many times he wants to be with blitz but blitz just didn't want to, possibly even scared to be with stolos because he didn't want to wound up being alone if it didn't work out, but now stolos is fed up and done but blitz doesn't understand and wounds up saying something that causes stolos to shut blitz out completely 😢

I think Stolas has shown how he wants "more" than their arrangement, but it's now more clear than ever that Blitz had no idea at all that Stolas had those feelings, he realizes the moment he says "you were serious?" And then he rants about having all those revelations being thrown to him so suddenly, because to Blitz, this was a complete twist. I thought he knew Stolas had feelings for him and he pushed it away because of fear, but this episode shows that he had no idea in the first place, because his mind can't even comprehend the thought of that being real

Also you need to reanalyze stolas. he's off his happy pills, thats fucking with his head royally right now, you cant go off meds like that cold turkey, especially since he's been over medicating himself. Right now Stolas is as fucked up mentally as blitz but the two have exact opposite ways of facing their trauma. Blitz is fight and stolas is flight. Theres a therapist that does reaction videos, you should give her examination a look because she breaks everything down that these two are going through really well.

@@degenerart6850 you aren't completely wrong, but you didn't realize that he flinched every time blitzo yelled and He doesn't know how to convey his feelings since he was stuck with Stella and had to deal with making a child with her, she also mentally broke him and blitzo did use him for the book at first. Then he started to realize he loved him. He just didn't know how to convey those feelings because of his PTSD and trauma, Like stolas. Blitzo only knows the fight or flight method and doesn't think someone could love him. It's so sad

I think it was a good episode but what in my opnion would've maybe made it better or at least more satisfying for me, is if they gave Blitz and Stolas' scene a longer and bigger portion of the episode. For me it wen't really quick right now. Apart from that it still was a very good and funny episode tho!

I thought that at the time, but I feel it actually works well. It was quick, sudden, unfulfilling, and almost felt incomplete. I think that’s the point. More needed to be said. But neither Blitz nor Stolas felt like they had the capacity to fully work through and communicate their feelings.

I actually think the quickness and messiness of the scene is what makes it hit so much harder and have an even more brutal and unfulfilling ending to the episode. Stolas not giving Blitz a chance to process the bombshell he just dropped on him abruptly, and Blitz wanting to process it but lashing out. It's messy, it stings, and it's effective at conveying the situation perfectly. If the episode dedicated more time to this part, it wouldn't have been as effective and gut-wrenching for the viewers. Now we're left with a cliffhanger that could go so many directions, and will most certainly bleed into the next episode as it'll likely show us how this affects both Stolas and Blitz.

So, Loona only changed to her human disguise because it's just more compact, therefore if she has the same agility her human form is harder to hit. I thought she was gonna pretend to be a sinner in front of the cherubs (I mean, they don't know sinners aren't allowed outside of pride, or that they're in lust, or how sinners look in hell), but in reality she just needed a way to just be smaller.
