Mokey as 3 phases 1. Normal phase where his just normal and only makes funny demented faces 2. Anger phase where he uses Meme Force. Meme force is weaker then toon force because he still uses it for comedic effect. You can see him use Meme force whenever he goes on a carnage or when he wants to escape from something. 3. True Toon Force, where he actually locks in to stand on business with something or someone. You can usually see this whenever he confronts Momey at th end.
