Agency: SFO Parking Shuttle
Bus: #734
Model: 2008 New Flyer C40LF
Route: GoSFO Shuttle to Castro Valley BART
From: International Terminal
To: Hayward BART
My first time being on the GoSFO Shuttle!
As this is an employee only route, it provides a direct non-stop link between the East Bay and San Francisco International Airport. With only two stops at Hayward BART and Castro Valley BART, airport employees no longer need to take BART and make a big loop detouring to San Francisco and the Transbay Tube first. This ride charges $6, and an employee badge is required to get on. It also runs 24/7 in the SFO direction, with a 30-min frequency every day.
I was able to ride this for the first time (don't ask why), and the ride was great! For the Castro Valley direction, it serves all 3 domestic terminals at the airporter zone, as well as international terminal. It then goes on highway 101 and 92, going on San Mateo Bridge with ending on Jackson St, making a left onto Grand St, right onto B St and then finally right into the Hayward BART transit area.
