If there's a car infront urs doing parallel parking, do we need to stop beforehand or we can move right to pass that car if its safe? What will be the safest option to do in that situation ?

@@SandyJasmine-s4i I actually think you should stop with a decent distance, 4 or 5 car lengths away, and let them get on with it. If it is safe to pass, fair, but I think I'd hold back here.
