Goshawk mantling its prey/Hide 8

With Buzzards nearby, this Goshawks shows typical mantling behaviour to protect its prey (a feral pigeon). This scene was shot by Kees Molenaar in front of Hide 8 which allows for great photographic opportunities of birds of prey. More information on www.glennvermeersch.be
