This is a practice run of the Goshin Jitsu Kata. We recognise that there is a mistake Sensei Adam makes and that this is all part of his learning and development. Not everything is perfect straight away. Adam made the mistake at Naname-uchi (Slanting Strike). Which is of similar movement to Naname-tsuki (Slanting Stab).
