I remember listening to charles johnson and the revivers when i was a very small child with my grandma. Now im 33 and still know the words to many of their songs and always kept them in my heart since then. The feeling i have when listening is undescribable and i know it is Jesus that is comforting me. What a day it will be when we get to go home to be with him. I long to leave this old cruel, cold world and look forward to no more pain, tears, hurt or worries. One day we won't have to struggle anymore and every year will be wiped away, pain we will know not anymore. Keep your faith in him and when you can do nothing more but stand, then stand. Prayers going up for you brother. May God bless you and keep you through these troubling times. We will face many troubles here in this world but take heed , the Lord has overcame the world. I know what it feels like to be alone and have no one but yourself and sometimes we can be our own worst enemy. Sometimes all we need is someone to be there to listen and comfort us. For what it's worth I'm here for you. I love you man and God does too. Don't underestimate what he can do and how fast he can change what was meant for bad to be good. Miss Revie, I agree Iw/you. I am a 2 time survivor of cancer. I grew up listening to gospel music on TV & @ church. There is power in the blood & power from God that keeps us going every day. I just love Bro. Charles' voice & the Revivers! Wish I could buy their albums or CD's somewhere. I gre up not far from where Dottie Rambo was born. I had just watched her sining on the Gaither show w/Vestal Goodman. The news broke in on TV announcing her passing. I loved all of the Happy Goodman family too! Dottie passed away, then Howard Goodman & just a few months later Vestal went home to sing in their heavenly home!! I can hear them now!! There are people who pass in & out of our lives that I know many WILL BE HEAVEN when I get there!! I can't wait to see my loved ones & hear the heavenly choir!!! And God bless our troops & their families all across the world tonight. Our world is a big mess.

For all the naysaers out there that don't believe in God, II went in for my routine mammogram which I've done for years & BAM I was dx'd w/breast cancer. No cancer in my family on either side. Was caught early! Praise God! I had almost gotten over the breast cancer & I was leaving a retail store parking lot & our temp was 112 degrees that day. Was driving slowly & out of no where KABOOM which sounded just like a bomb going off. I was taken to ER & t he ER Dr. walks in & asked if I was being seen for any throat probs. My CT scan showed a large, hard mass in my R thyroid & he said get to a specialist ASAP!! I was petrified!! I had wonderful physiccians & my R thyroid was positive for cancer & the L side was removed as a preventive surgery. Praise God AGAIN for helping me thru the surgeries & for saving my life!! The 1st song I sang when I needed 2 more surgeries was Bro. Charles singing 'I Can't Even Walk' w/o Him Holding My Hand!!!' God brought me to it, God brought me through it & God healed my body & gave me a new lease on my life!! Because of Him & w/Bro. Charles' song permanently stored in my brain, I live to see another day, Praise God!! 😇😇😇
