The Lord saved me in 2014 when I was 22 years old. I am 30 now and I have been married into a Christian family with a husband who loves the Lord since he was a child. He’s a man of God who loves God’s word. God has been so good to me. He knows all these Christian songs because he used to work in radio. He and his children sing and play music… I’ve never really sang or play music but now I get the chance to sing and praise the Lord. God put me in a place filled with people who love Him… I get to learn more about my Savior through the Bible, the church, the songs… I may have not been saved as a child, lived a worldly life, and even failed my Lord after salvation, but it’s all under the Blood. I’m forgiven and my Father will never cast me away because I am in Christ and He is in me! May the Lord help me regain all the years lost in sin. I just hope I finish the race strong by God’s grace. The world is so dark and hard, I need to remember all that Jesus saved me from and give thanks!!!

Jesus speaks of the time were living in. He says the world will get darker and darker. That's what's happening now. Jesus is soon to return.

Tracy and I were 22 that year. He was born a week before me. The week he died, I also coded. But after 14 hrs of dialysis, I recovered and went home. He went HOME. I was born a bass too but I only toured with a musical drama group and currently am a worship leader. His shoes were much bigger. ❤️❤️❤️

What a great experience in my life! What a moment of Joy, the day I met with my Savior, He healed my weakness and forgave me my iniquities, and washed dirt of sin away from soul, and led me on the path of Righteousness. Jesus wants you to have this great experience too, He is ready to redeem you from darkness to Light. He is willing to redeem your soul from death to Life. This world will still pass-away with all its lusts, oh friends! why won't you choose Jesus today, so that you can reign with Him in Heaven.

I checked back, and it was 1986 when I went down to Longview Tejas to see "God's Little People" at the OLD Assembly of God Church out on the "main drag" highway. I had JUST had my gallbladder surgery on St Valentine's Day and they appeared on May 5th, and I STILL had a Jackson drain in my side under my suit! It was a long drive from Tulsa, OK with my parents to Longview in a 1983 Toyota Camry and back in one day! I hadn't bought my Daddy's Caddy Fleetwood 75 Brougham Saloon for his birthday/my rent yet and we ate at the wonderful family steakhouse in Longview before church.

I Remember the "Night" in Longview, TX in about 1989 I heard "God's Little People" live at the Assembly of God Church (the new building). I will always love Denise's singing, even more than Libbi's. I miss real old-fashioned gospel music in real old-fashioned "Church". Where 600+ people could sing Marvin P. Dalton's "Looking For A City". I was around when Brother Marvin TAUGHT it to the congregation at Capitol Hill Assembly of God in Tulsa, OK RIGHT AFTER HE HAD WRITTEN IT! Who else has an 1885 copy of "Christian Harmony" and knows about "shaped note" singing? And knows all THIRTEEN verses to "Consolation" aka: "Amazing Grace" by heart? And BOTH sets of MUSIC for it? What about all of Fanny Crosby's great hymns?

I'm old enough to remember the Goodmans live in St. Louis and Dallas in the early 70's with this kind of REAL gospel music. I sang in the church choir every service as long as we had a choir...until they went to "new style" church, no choir, no baptisms, no alters for prayer, no communion services, no old fashioned song books with hymns I knew without the books (like all 14 verses to "Rock of Ages") and BOTH settings (music) to all ten verses of "Consolation" aka: "Amazing Grace". Shaped Note music singers of "Christian Harmony" Songbook know what I'm talking about. My "CH" was published in 1887 and has "Clear Title" in it, an old Methodist hymn we sang at my Great-Grandparents' church in Paris, AR when visiting them when I was 13. I'm 67 now. Any of you remember the Inspirations doing "I'm Going Up to Be with Jesus" live on the evening with the Goodmans at the Kiel Opera House in St. Louis where they recorded the Goodman's "Wanted: Live" Album?

We were having a revival. I was 10, I knew I was lost at 8, but conviction didn't set in until I was 10. The preacher came back and I thought if he asks me to go to the altar, I wouldn't say no. I went up and begged God to save my soul. I went to school the following Monday and my teacher asked why I was absent, I told her. One of my friends asked me if it was fun? I said, "no." Never forgot it.
