Goss Pond Project Update 3

This was a crazy week so I was only able to put together this one update video for the week. We got a lot done! More coping, pavers, steps, demo and a bunch of plants. Hoping to get the majority of the paver work finished up next week.

Is the stone you use for paver bedding called chip stone in your area? I am in central NY, and with my job I am able to cover a lot of area when I am out. Anytime I mention hardscapers using chip stone instead of sand or stone dust for pavers, I get very odd looks of disbelief. I just put in another VM patio of techo blok pavers I had left over from a few years ago and would have liked to try bedding with stone. I am not in hardscape or excavation but have been messing with it since we put our pool in few years ago. I might try to become summer help for the right landscape company when I retire from patrolling around in a couple years. I could learn the basics and then use it to help my children if the American dream isn’t shattered by then and they can afford to purchase homes. I don’t have the urge to start a small business for myself due to lack of interest in the running of one as well as NY’s lack of support for small business.
