Point of correction, its not asvisable to obtain another pp after cancelling ur visa. These 5 countries shares infor regarding to visa purpose: Canada, USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Thus, its just a waste of time bro and not right. Secondly, Canada givea 5 yr ban, that's to say, if u were issues a 10 yr visa and eventually given a ban, u will not be allowed to enter Canada during a 5 yr period of time. But after that, u will be permitted to enter after the ban. The issues of putting refugees in different cities , its caused by insufficient accommodation (shaleters) that's why they transfer redugees in different cities where accommodation is available. The issue of ban without writtinf into ur pp does affect u to the above other embassie since they share infor. Mark you, this infor is well spelt out on their website which is shared among the embassy partners. Thanks
