I saw a post few months ago on a social media platform. Some paparazzi clicked a photo of Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio. They were standing near a pool. I scrolled down and came across really derogatory comments on Kate and how she 'aged like milk' and 'let herself go'. While there were no comments about Leo. Let me tell you the detailed picture - Kate has put on weight and has wrinkles but Leo has put on a lot of weight too, his body is not toned and has a lot of wrinkles. The people there were blatantly sexist. As a woman you can never win. Katrina will be judged for botox and Kareena is already getting judged for her wrinkles. Even Emma Watson got shamed for her viral photo (Idk whether that was edited or not). A man is allowed to age while a woman should be like a vampire who never ages. Aging is a natural process and one should embrace it. Women receive a lot of shame for this natural process.

These unrealistic beauty expectations come from celebs. If someone in the their early 40s doesn't even have a wrinkle on their face (through procedures), normal people would look them and think something is wrong with them to have wrinkles. This puts pressure on the general audience who treat these people as their inspiration. I have three years of experience with Botox from 2015-2018. I was only 20 when I started and the expensive derm would tell me I have many clients your age. I was seriously considering fillers and whatnot, thankfully I only have experience with Botox between my eyebrows and once around the corner of my eyes (crows feet). Lol I had the most botched laugh and smile while Botox was active in the crow's feet region. Didn't do corner of my eyes again after that one time. Botox is horrible for you. It will eventually damage your muscles and might even cause sagging if you do it for many years. I had a strong body so my body was able to remain unaffected. Botox is a toxin at the end of the day. You're putting it in very small doses which is why it doesn't kill you. A reasonable amount of botox is capable of killing you. It causes anxiety depression, pollutes your body, causes uneasiness etc. Don't do it guys it's not worth it. Katrina Kaif has basically destroyed her appearance by injecting so much crap/poisons in her body. It's the same industry I wanted to be a part of myself. Thank God I am not. Interestingly I look younger now than I did when i was getting expensive botox treatments. That one deep line between my brows that drove me to the derm has also disappeared completely because I am really sorted in my head, don't stress, sleep well, eat well, excercise my body, meditate, stay in a relaxed state and don't worry too much. Today is the best I have ever looked. I no longer use expensive creams, cosmetics, soaps, shampoos. They contain countless horrible chemicals that are also carcinogens. I make my own body wash and shampoo. I have replaced night creams with pure mustard, coconut, sesame, almond, castor oils. My skin has a glow that it didn't in the past even after wearing shit tonnes of make-up. Guys if you want to look gorgeous and youthful and have a massive lifespan stay away from doctors including dermatologists. Today I easily pass off for a teenager. I didn't in the past while I was exposing myself to botox and laser treatments. The natural state of our body is to be in a perpetual state of good health which includes healthy skin, right amount of youthful facial fat. I'm a hypnotherapist and I help people realize that their bodies need not deteriorate so rapidly. It's our lifestyle, fears and the junk and chemicals people are consciously/unconsciously consuming and putting/slathering on themselves that's deteriorating so many bodies untimely and you call it natural and aging. Nope!

Appalled you for admitting that you had botox. I used it for migraine purposes and believe me, it is extremely painful. Getting it injected into your head, neck and shoulders. Most of the time, I can't take it. It comes off very quickly and it only lasts about three months. My forehead doesn't have any wrinkles but I clench my teeth every time when I think of the next treatment. This happens when you failed most of the medication. I still take nurtec almost every week when I can sense the onset. Is it pure chemical. You are awesome as I am sure they are people who can't even own up to it. It is awkward as I am not going to announce it to people but I am sure they think about it and I feel embarrassed. People are going to judge regardless.

I have personally been under the knife 8 times from top surgeons, and had botox fillers profhilo etc. they have shown me pictures (it is a legal requirement from plastic surgeons to click before and afters), of top politicians and loads of celebrities who they have worked on. it is wayyy more common than people realise and most of these surgerories are undetectable to novice viewers. also in many recent rajini kanth movies nayanthara has been cast opposite him as "old" and a mother of an adult cild , whereas rajini has only recently started portraying older characters , where nayan is almost half his age . Similar thing is seen with many telugu actors as well such as balakrishna , nagarjuna , etc

I believe the perfect skin and the perfect smiles are the ones doing such cosmetic or surgeries (ofcourse there are some blessed genetics) but i feel like Katrina Kaif is ageing i mean yeah sometimes she looks puffy but she has a medical condition of taking celiac injections from hurting herself during performing stunts.I’m just saying cause after seeing the injections side effects I believe that that’s the reason. Undoubtedly Katrina is one of the prettiest actress in Hindi cinema and even though she is an average actress she was always hardworking and humble. I feel she needed good director like Zoya Akhter to bring out the best in her, she looked and acted the best in ZNMD. Also I disagree with your point about bringing the plastic surgery topic to the Indian audience. You've mentioned it in your previous video itself that surgeries are expensive and can go wrong. Many actresses got bad results even after paying hefty amount and young generation getting influence and normalising it to a point where they just do it for fun and getting obsessed with it resulting in totally ruining their face at the end. We totally don't want that. A person who is actually insecure/underconfident or needs a surgery due to some injury should go for this option.
