I was just on the net looking for detailing supplies near me and ran across your new shop within walking distance from my house. Ran by and picked up a few things to take care of my wash needs. The gentleman behind the counter was super helpful in recommending some of the awesome products that you have on site. It is very cool to have your store in the area because it is always a bummer to run low on product and have to wait for it to be shipped to me.

Just a heads up modern cars/trucks really don't need tune ups. A modern car engine is meant to last at least 100,000 miles before ant tune up . Spark plugs,wires,cap and rotor. The only thing a truck would need is oil changes, coolant flush and filter changes.

YOOO. WATCH THIS my recommendation for the dispatcher plan, . BUT my main point is You may wanna dispatch people just for simple wash and vaccum. I suggest when you hire, hire as much as possible, if 20 15 or 30, if you can. Then give your self a month, many are called but few are chosen, few will be left, few will want to continue, wait for the last seven to 6 people to remain, (make sure you pay these people well, so they can stay and help u scale this business. after you have 7 to 6 people, then trained them to detail. LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANNA HEAR MORE.

What I was thinking of doing with my pay plan would be 70 for them 30 for me for anything that I bring to the table. Either 80/20 or 90/10 for any business they bring themselves. Motivate them to bring me some business also, but keep some good money in their pocket so they stick around and do a good job.

@@HuntersMobileDetailing do you really sell enough detailing product to warrant a store front? you gotta sell a lot of soap to pay a cashier + rent. why not get a cleaning bay type place where people can bring their cars there for you to wash and also allow people to buy the product there if they want to wash it at home? most people arent going out of there way just to buy some car soap, ill just buy whatever is at the store im currently at (auto zone, walmart,target, costco) or buy online from amazon if i want specifics. these are two different businesses, running a brick & mortar and doing mobile detailing, i think you may need to just focus on the one thats actually bringing in the money.

Hey Wayne has that van ever gotten a trans flush? If not if the vehicle had say over 130,000 miles then you may be ok but if it was in the 200,000’s then you should have left it alone as it’s too late and the only thing keeping the trans running smoothly is the old metallic particles leftover from the trans gears don’t mean to scare you i have ran into this issue doing a trans flush on a 2012 expedition with high mileage. Just something to keep in mind on higher mileage vehicles. Also glad your business is doing well keep the faith and good work.
@annagraham62042 жыл бұрын
Owned several vehicles putting high miles on and never did a “trans flush”. That’s the kind of crap they try to up sell at oil change places. That and $30 bucks to do a 1 min air filter change.

@chuckwicksimmons58132 жыл бұрын
He will be fine but going forward he needs to do it every 20 to 30,00 miles and stay on top of it. Now if it is already slipping he will have trouble or if it not shifting Properly.. And trust me I get it the old fluids might be keeping everything together but putting the new detergents might make it have problems but technologies come a long way he'll be fine. But going forward stay on top of your maintenance and And what your maintenance service manual says for your vehicle. 👌🏽💯💯💯
