As a black man who grew up in houston, just like Roland, I saw this scenario play out so many times. As a child being in the downtown area, I have been afraid of people who were obviously mentally insane, walking the streets, and nothing was done about it. Why? Because it was a liberal run city. I often wondered, where did they come from? And when did they go into this condition? And why was none of their family helping them? The truth is, our people vote for these people who claim to care about us, but never do anything while in office to help people like the man who lost his life. Yet, it started with the family who did nothing about his condition because we ignore mental health in our children and pretend that they're normal and the family doesn't come together to help them. The city that's run by the liberals doesn't do anything either, though they will claim that they care about mental health. Now, after the expected end of a person in this condition finally comes to pass the family who didn't do anything to help him significantly before his death ask come out as if they cared so much about him. They voted for the leadership that failed him after they failed him in the home, and i'm sorry, but the bible says that grievous words stir up anger and the public is tired of being in fear. Daniel Perry reacted, and accidents do happen when adrenaline is flowing in an emergency situation. I don't believe he woke up that morning, expecting to kill someone, but that's what happened and it's not all on his shoulders, because grace was with this man all of the other 40 plus times he was arrested for similar incidents. It's unfortunate, but whatever happened to him, the damage was done, and this was always going to end this way for him at some point, whether it was with Daniel Perry or someone else. The family and the officials they keep electing in their liberal city are the ones that failed this man.

a lot of it has to do with genetics. Plus it wouldnt surprise me if his mother was using drugs and alcohol during her pregnancy. Multiply that by 1 million or more and you have a bunch of nutcases on the streets and schools.
@markhorn7078
@markhorn7078 4 күн бұрын
@@infintyplus Yes, sir, I agree. It's easy to investigate the natural reasons of cause-and-effect after the fact, but there is always a spiritual aspect that is ignored because we don't want to deal with it. Inside any insane asylum, you will find rich, poor, and middle class of all ethnicities, so there must be a universal underlying causality, and the only one that can be possible is a spiritual one. The more this culture turns its back on our Creator, the greater the manifestations of the mind from nihilism, which will increase making these terrible events more and more common. Wherever God is absent, satan will occupy and it is now, over 50 years from 1973, when they took prayer out of schools that is also the year I was born and in 50 years, we have gone from no school shootings to know at least one a week and as of yesterday, we now have girls doing the school shootings. The increase of spiritual access through drugs in our youth is why this will continue along with fewer and fewer parents and elders teaching and leading the youth to acknowledge that there is a God who they need to seek and serve. Many of these mentally ill and depressed children and adults are paying the penalty of the rejection of what God wanted for us as a whole, and few seem to believe in or stand for anymore.

It's crazy how they misused this man's medical history against him as justification for his murder. It's one thing to hold him down for a few seconds or minutes until police come, but it's a totally different thing to choke a man to death who wasn't harming/attacking anyone. The bs about this being a fair trial "of your peers" is a load of crap. What they did was misused his medical history against him to say that killing him was okay. What makes it worst is the fact that this piss poor group of people want to do what they always do in situations like this....1) give him a W.P.P. "white people pass" and 2) use his military experience as a means to call him a "hero". They used everything that they could to deflect from the murder.

If you think the father would have gave his son a 2nd thought if this never happened from then until now, you are crazy. His family could have prevented the last 7 years of this mans life. Instead of helping with his mental health issues, they let him beg for food. They deserve nothing. If anything I wish they could be prosecuted.

To be fair, he was severely mentally ill. The real question is where was his father? The man was out of his life after the mother died a decade ago. Regardless, the man was a threat, its sad to see this, but Penny did nothing wrong. You also had 2 other individuals, black and hispanic men that also helped hold the man down.
