I grew up in an area with lots of blueberry farms. As a kid I picked a lot of blueberries. We were provided two metal pails that would hold 5 pounds of berries. I think we got paid 5 cents a pound. You were given a card that would be punched each time you filled a bucket, which was weighed and the amount recorded. For me that was over 50 years ago. 😊
