My story today I went to the mall , I won a footlocker reserve . There was another first come first serve at DTLR . 200 people showed up . . They changed it for a raffle. I hit on that. For the ten pairs . I went down and thought , ya know these girls were upset they won but were complaining that they wouldn’t get their size. So us dudes that won let them go first . Now ain’t this a bitch 😂 all of them , small feet gang took all the big sizes. Then to add acid to the eyeball sold the pairs in the spot to resellers for insane amounts of cash😂 lesson learned. When a shoe is worth this much all bets are off and money trumps all . The only thing that did make me smile though. A little girl won . Her momma gave her the 160. She walked out with her size . And a smile on her face . No resellers harassed her , and let her meet her mom and walk away .

The ending to that day is everything because I know that little girl was beyond happy!!! That's wild, the women got to go first and only picked up bigger resell sizes. I imagine men were hot over that trying to be courteous. I personally would've gotten my size. It's hard to say they're wrong because their choice of what to do with their money is theirs but I know it rubs people the wrong way. Glad you got a pair!!!

eric anthony I kind of do too , but in reality you got to give it to those girls that put in the time . But then again the Jordan 1 is not a very liked sneaker among women. I asked my girl and her friends if they wanted pairs at retail . Each said they like in men . Not for them . In reality the female fan base for ones is super low . 200 people like 20 girls at the drop

I was mad after the first 2 minutes on snkrs with it being sold out but it is what it is. I see how the game is played now. I still don't own a Jordan 1 and that's cool. At least now I think it will be a slam dunk to get the FIBA 12s next week since the purists already have something similar and don't seem to desire them.

Your first pair of Jordan 1 Women's Exclusives or Jordan 1 GS? Women's runs more true to size and larger so if it's a women's Jordan 1 get your actual women's size which you said was an 8. I simply get a 6.5 and not a 6 in GS even though I'm a women's 7.5 because it's more comfortable. Try on the sneaker in store if you can, any Jordan 1. But if you can't and you don't want to risk a snug fit then get a GS 7

Like the video helps with go down 1.5 sizes from your size. So that's a size 6.5 in GS. A 7Y may also be good if you want a roomier fit.

It was absolute chaos here in NY, there were so many people hiding in the mall for finish line and the one other place that did fcfs people started camping out at 3pm the day before... I started at 9pm and I still didn’t get a shoe. I’m just salty about the guys who camped out to resell because the store was only selling to females and one guy held places for 2-4 girls...like absolutely insane. Well this is a women's shoe so it's not in men's sizing so you would get your actual 8.5 If you just want a Black Toe Jordan 1 then you'd go for a men's 7

These are so 🔥. So glad you and some other legit female sneaker heads hit on these! I was so bummed that I took all L’s that morning and then bam a friend came through with an assist. He hit on my size and is letting me get them from him for retail. There might be a few shady people in the sneaker community but there are some real ones too. He could have easily kept them and made a big fat profit but instead he’s hooking me up. One of the nicest things anyone has ever done for me. I just hope I get the chance to return the favor one day.
