Hey Bro, I was suppsoed to attend Florida State University on fully self finance basis for fall 2024 but I was refused on 214B. Now my program is not being offered by this university in spring 2025 hence I would have to unfortunately change my university. Is that a good enough reason to explain to the visa officer that I had to change university just because my course is not being offered in spring 2025 and I am now going to an even better university and that too with funding and probably with an assistantship? I am asking this because it is generally not recommended to change your university and I know for sure that I was not rejected based on my university, I was rather rejected because I was not able to demonstrate strong home ties. Want your comments on this situation. Thanks!
