Cool Lesson. This brought back memories of when I was a teenager (in the mid 60's) in a band working on Jimmy Reed covers, we'd almost get into fist fights over whether we should play the A bass over the B7 chord. HA HA. Right on Johnny, I'm with you. Kids, listen to Johnny, this is how you do it.

The exact title on the label is "Got No Where To Go" but the book says "Got Nowhere To Go."

Another great lesson! Question, though -- when you do the lump on the 5 with the low A as the bass note, it always sounds wrong to me. I heard that's how Jimmy did it, but did he have another guitarist supplying the B on the bass note? What if you're playing solo? Thanks again. Really love your videos!

That's a great point. Somebody else is usually Playing the root note in there. If you have a mellower tone and attack it doesn't have to sound so jarring
