@JL January I think he meant to say "girl crush" concept since red velvet is the experimental type of group that doesn't focus on one concept only. They rarely do hiphop trap music.. the closest they did was bad boy and psycho that can be under r&b, but not hiphop . So this is a breath of fresh air for some. But if you say beyoncé style maybe you haven't watched Wendy's Halo cover. She's likely one of a few idols who can do riffs and runs as close as beyoncé 😅

After watching this way too many times, I have to say that Hyoyeon suits this concept and song very well. She pulls off the character of the song at 110%. Fierce, confident, not backing down easy kind of woman. LOVE her performance in here. Everyone is incredible and fantastic too. Love all of the vocals, the dance. All of them are oozing confidence, charisma and a personal style of fiery spirit. I would like to add a special mention to the rookies, Karina and Winter, for showing what they can do while performing with such incredible veterans who have 7 to 21 years of experience.
