Wtf is the drummer doing? Too much drums. Ringo's secret in that kind of songs was his minimalism, perfect timing and the gradually increasing drums

he's incorporating parts from Ticket to Ride, and it's not that much more busy. Just listen to the Revolver Super Deluxe edition. Ringo played busier parts in earlier takes of the song, and if they'd done another take, he'd have played it differently. Ringo has said as much. It just sounds like an extended edition adapted from what is likely their live version. It sounds good.
