he learned gymnastics when he was 9 before he started fencing so those tumblings should be recognized more right ? but of course , as an ahgase and his stan i really hope he'll stop doing all the acrobatics because those might hurt him more in the future. i am super worried of him and Mark :( plis do support got7 in the future ! :)

It hurts your back preety bad, the ankles and the knees, cause you overbend those areas really hard, but the ankles and the knees hurt because of the hard force of your weight and the push you have to give it, it's to much for the ligaments. If you ever tried to bend over backwards really wide, until your hands touch the ground and then get back up you will know how it feels, it hurts very much if you do it often and don't have a super stable backstructur, or just a good back \^-^/

I know from my experience that 'contortion' can hurt. I'm very flexible (my classmates said I have no spine) but it damages your body. Anyway, I love it, making splits etc.
