Got7 - Kpop Deep Dive Part 1 ft. Therese!

So we had to cut out some songs from this video and I realized that Therese's audio was messed for like the first minute-ish
We finally got into Got7! We listen to some hand selected songs that Therese picked out and next time we will be delving into Got7 as a group! Let us know your favorite B-sides from the different members in the comments!
We do plan on streaming every other monday and every wednesday at 8pm EST if possible! Let us know what groups you'd like us to tackle again!

My bias is mister yugyeom, and his soundcloud songs already had those rnb vibes, before he joined aomg, so thats exactly his style! also saw him live and jayb live and their voices are exactly like in the mvs and they have such a great stage presence do you already know, when youre going to do pt.2 with the whole of got7?

Two members are in the military. That is JJP. Jinyoung and Jay B. They will both be out of the military in Nov 2024. Ahgases can't wait. 2025 for Got7 group comeback and album and world tour. 3 members are not Korean and they do not go into military. Jackson/Bambam and Mark.

The switching from Jinyoung to Youngjae is so valid. Hahahah. Out of the 7 they kinda have the similar vibe. My bias is Jinyoung but in terms of solo discography Youngjae is in my top before Jinyoung decided to give is an album. Haha. JayB is also at the close top

Also I want to mention that 3 members of this groups aren't korean: Mark: American with taiwanese descent, Jackson from Hongkong/China, BamBam from Thailand. So this group is very multicultural and many of them have great english skills. JJ Project also started in 2012 with Jinyoung and Jay B. I love them, love the music from Jay B, he is also an talented songwriter, also Jinyoung hasn't just amazing music skills, but also acting skills. Also love him as an actor and he is also my bias. I got into kpop and GOT7 because of him (saw him in a kdrama and instantly fell in love...). So I understand your friend 😊

Oh man I’m so sad I didn’t get to see you enjoy JayB’s music !! That young man effortlessly exuuuuuudes charisma. Interestingly enough, he is my ult, too. [Also my longest biased! I discovered got7 because of a friend sharing one of their songs on Twitter (a song that reminded me of one of my top favorite late 90s boy band songs) …and then I eventually decided to look into more kpop.] ETA: Oh hell yeah, another fan of mostly Metal and K-pop! It’s literally all I listen to now…for the past 8 years. Prior to that, I generally listened to indie rock/folk (Rilo Kiley, The Mountain Goats, etc.) for much of my adulthood, as well as Frank Ocean and a couple other similar random discoveries.
