These young ladies deserve all of the good things that are going to happen to them. Not only are they insanely good musicians, they are just good people. If you watch them in interviews, they are cute, funny, humble people who love their fans and sincerely appreciate their supporters. Btw... can we just mention how Tamu went absolutely apesh*t on the drums in this song? Wow! One of the things I love about these bands from Japan is that you don't see the egos that you often see in Western bands. With them, it's about the music - not about their own egos.

This song, OUT OF THIS WORLD! 🔥🤘🔥 They reached another level in songwriting and music composition. This band is a pure concentration of talent. Since the "Ray of Light", the level of MV production increased a lot. So huge congratulations to their production team. About this track, so many variations and moods, and everything is coherent. Every parts of this song are perfectly written, played and organized, especially the transitions between them. My favorite band all around, by far. Can't wait to the next one in July... Be safe 🙏

Thank you for mentioning the lyrics. One thing that has been lost in the past 20-30 years is meaningful lyrics in songs. Bandmaid, Lovebites and Nemophila to name 3 have brought those back to the forefront. Their music is uplifting and packs a punch. They all deserve super-stardom. I have been following Nemophila for almost 2 years now (since almost their inception) and much like Band-Maid they haven't produced a bad song yet and just keep getting better and better. Their musicianship and Mayu's vocals are exceptional and I look forward to hearing more from them. Thank you for the reaction and congratulations on reaching 100,000 subscribers. Well done!

Nemophila is great. At some point you should check out X-Japan, the elder statesman of Japanese metal, really the Japanese version of Metallica. They were huge in the 80s and 90s and really started the metal scene in Japan. Hugely influential; Babymetal wears the neck braces to honor Yoshiki, the drummer, who headbanged so hard he cracked vertebrate in his neck and had to wear a brace in concert for years kzbin.info/www/bejne/a3qXlXZvmtGbfJY

Great review, and I agree this song has a more western metal sound to it than a lot of their other songs and could be big for them overseas. They have quickly become one of my favorite bands of all time. Not only are they great musicians and vocalists, but from the behind the scenes footage and interviews they seem like really great people. Like, people you want to be friends with and hang out, not because they are famous, but because they are just good people. If you want to see a softer side of Nemophila with some behind the scenes stuff check out Life which was sung to Murata Tamu when she rejoined the band from mat leave. kzbin.info/www/bejne/fnfRdoyel6p0p8k

This song is straight 🔥... I still think Raitei is their best song... but I love the tempo, instrumentals, and vocals in this song a lot. You still have a lot to discover with Nemophila, and isn't that wonderful. I still haven't heard a bad song from them. I feel like I'm in on the ground floor of something very special. If you want another band recommendation... Hazuki from Nemophilia teams up with 17-yr old guitar prodigy Li-sa-X and vocalist Rina to make a song called "Looking Up to You" (kzbin.info/www/bejne/nHfblYqInKerg8k) ... It's a song like nothing you've ever heard before. Like progressive adult contemporary.

They will be performing in LA and doing a Live stream of the same concert. Think it's July16th. They will do few songs for free on YT then onto Zaiko for the rest. Something tells me that the main acts for Aftershock will be Nemophila, Band-Maid and The Warning, even though they are not the actual main acts. If BabyMetal and Lovebites were not on temporary hiatus I bet they would be there too. Mayu is getting better and better and becoming the best in the business. Love her vocals. Love that stunning Saki and Hazuki were trading off solos. They are top notch. Haraguchi-san has a cool hairstyle and a great bassist. Tamu is a drumming beast ... in high heels. Yup, I could easily spam you again with 20 or more bands yet again. Check out Aldious, all female similar to Lovebites.
