The saddest part is that despite it being the higest voted song armys want them to perform next on stage, they simply keep ignoring it 😭 it's one of their very challenging songs, as told by Namjoon but them performing this on stage would be our ultimate dream come true!! Hopefully one day 🤞

maybe they will perform this at the next concert in busan🤔 dont give up hope. bighit said this concert will be more spectacular than the LA concert. but i have a feeling they will have jimin perform contemp or something extraordinary. they need to show all of what kpop has to offer so this might be something they will do. or maybe bring many artist on stage for one big song. they even said they had invited classical musicians to come so this have me think of black swan with live instruments and jimin dancing 😍

Although why I do think they might not perform LTB is cos it's not part of the 'proof' album and two, it's a song they hadn't performed anywhere cos of how complicated it is technically and it has a darker undertone to it, meaning not a very happy song so I doubt they'd put that in the list. But one can always hope 🤞

This is a song for quiet listening in the dead of the night, with headphones on, eyes closed, with 100% focus on the music. It is not a stadium song. It has very few instrumentation. It rely a lot on effects for the atmospheric effect. It wont work out live in a big venue. Don't be sad and respect their decision not to perform it (yet). Peace ☮️💜

This is one of my fave songs till this day!!! I love Suga's purr rap that comes in after Jimins ethereal voice. They have still yet to perform this live, and it's one of the songs that Army wants to see live most.

Reading their lyrics again I realize they were putting their soul out, expressing their issues to us and we didn't realize it at time... They've refused to sing this song again even if Army declared it as our favorite. RM said it is difficult to sing, I think the reason is not high notes, but why they wrote it, it's almost a cry for help...

This reaction was great, and don't worry about freezing. My first listen I sat with my mouth open, and by the end I outright *sobbed*. I think it was the "louder than bombs I sing" line that really got to me. When you really stop to think about it, here is a group of people who at their core wanted to share music with the world, and yet they found themselves being used as political pawns and the target of an immense amount of hate in multiple flavors. Despite the hypocrisy and violence aimed at them, they still refused to be silenced. It's really profound.

This is truly one of their best, though there are so many it's impossible to choose a number one. My recommendation is "Your Eyes Tell" (live version!) it's one of their Japanese songs and it's just so stunning, all of their vocals are breathtaking and the rappers have a really soft approach in it that fits the song brilliantly. Louder Than Bombs is my favorite BTS song hands down too. It's just so hauntingly beautiful.

the lyrics of louder than bombs always touched me a lot, but since the latest news, the lyrics make so much MORE sense now, the song really speaks everything they were feeling. now knowing that the map of the soul 7 (album that contains this song), along with the tour they were going to do, that THERE would be the end of the first chapter of bts, but because of the pandemic, and for everything that happened since 2020 they put it off FOR ALL THIS TIME... louder than bombs just hits different now, stronger than ever.

LTB is much more than just a song... It's like, when you are drowning in the sea, tired of throwing your hands and feet to come up to the surface of the waves... And you are just sinking down in the cold silent sea... LTB is that hand that pulls you out of that cold ocean, back to the shore and breathes back life in you... It's for those who suffer silently, invisibly, who have given up on their life, and are just 'existing'. It's intimate, it's an emotion. BTS sings to us, that when the voices of our pain, suffering and societal pressure will be deafening, they will sing to us, outpassing and overshadowing all those cruel noises, and guide us out of the dark alley of life. I can't express in words what exactly this song means to ARMY! It's definitely a masterpiece from melody pov.... But it's the lyrics that heals ARMY!

First time hearing LoB my reaction was pretty much the same as yours. Genuinely shook. I still feel the same every time I listen to it. If I was ever forced to choose a favourite BTS song (actually impossible), this would ALWAYS be a contender.

I love this song, especially since it is a song for army. In a vlive where RM goes into writing for 7 he says that in writing the lyrics he thought about letters he received and weverse posts where army shared sad things happening in their lives. He goes on to say that "all the pain pouring out" is the pain that army shares with them. He thinks "can I embrace them all? Can I at least listen? I'm only a person. Can I comfort them?" I'm paraphrasing a bit, the original is called "Namjun's 7 Behind" and he talks about "Louder than Bombs starting at about 40:00 I love how much they care for us, and how thoughtful RM is.

This is the song that hooked me on BTS, the lyrics, the emotion they poured into it... it's an absolute masterpiece. It hit me harder than any song ever has, and I cried sooo hard, because I felt seen and not alone. It's what made me an ARMY. That being said... You should check out: The Rose "Red"... they're a K-rock band that I think you would enjoy. Also, a solo song from their lead singer Woosung, "Phase Me", which is in English. Woosung is originally from California, and he's done solo stuff the last couple of years while his bandmates were doing their military service. They are all back together now, and working on new music. Also, Wonho, "Eye on You"...I think you'll like the sonic texture of the song a LOT.

Luke, don't apologize for not talking much during their videos. It's actually one of things I love most about watching you. It's so fun to watch your reactions.
