You ought to go to Dimash's Istanbul concert on May 24th. It will be an epic birthday concert. Or closer is the Budapest concert on May 4th. A little smaller venue at "only" 9-10 thousand seats. There are a few seats left.

I’ve been watching you for a long time I’m pretty sure you have done performance videos by Dimash as he does them all the time… they are his specialty and Igor has done some of them with him and no. 1 they are dimashs history back to his first performance on stage at 2 years old when his opera singing mother and pop and producer father put him in one of their productions. There are some reactors who want all their information on the artist to come from their viewers. But no one should do that with as it’s not fair to him or his many accolades. If you haven’t done it go to Wikipedia and bio Dimash. They are the most accurate tho not fully accurate about Dimash. I think they still give him 6 octaves wgphen we dears and the vocal coaches know it’s 8 octaves. And, they can’t get the number of languages he does as every time he tours with a concert to a new country he sings in the language of that country. The last count I heard was 15 languages. The songs and music videos with performance arts that I can remember just off hand are: The love of tired swans; Know; Olympico Eurppopean Olympics version; SOS 2021 digital concert show; all of the newest music video movie, when I’ve got you; One Sky; live concert version in Almaty El Amor En Ti when there were three giant haligrams or Dimash singing in Spanish. I could go on and on with this stuff. And, here’s the history for some of it, the reason, for some of it is: Dimash had a master class in Broadway Stage production in his master level education. That SOS DIGITAL SHOW HE HIMSELF hired over 400 people and put on that more than 2 hours live stream show. On Sos the walls the floor the view from the ceiling were all constantly changing so that you had a virtual weather storm in 3D going on all around Dimash and it wasn’t even 3D but their were no lines or corners in the room. And when Dimash goes up to his magic whistle note and throws his voice into the ether fire wings appear on his back at his shoulders flaming with the tendrils of red sparks feeding off the wings back into the read walls. This wings are described as angel wings but to me they are the fantasy bird the Phenoix wings which when the bird dies he bipurns up tonahes then is born anew from the ashes as Dombledoors bird does when Harry Potter goes to visit him one time and it scares Harry as he things he caused the bird to die. But I think dimashs wings are the phoenix wings of the magic world. Your not being as aware of dimashs vast experience in the performance arts is I think maybe just not remembering these many songs or maybe not knowing what it was that you were singing. Lady Gag does not get enough recognition for her part in this area and her acting skills which didn’t start with her movie and tv roles. Lady Gaga at 16 years old got excepted for a main part int the traveling Broadway show Rent. When they found out how old she was they kicked her out. Much of her teen to young twenties years she spent in the New York City performances arts clubs and venues honing her performance arts skills. My guess I’d why Bad Romance music video was maybe the best music video ever done right behind bohemian rhapsody. There is nothing stopping Dimash in this are at 30 years old being an adult prodigy.

For performances that shows different sides to Dimash than you've not been exposed to a lot... - "Samaltau"(Kazakh folk song) from the Tokyo Jazz Festival(2020), it's filmed in his home studio. - Vocalise version of "Know"(aka. "Ascolta La Voce") from his Arnau Concert in Kiev - "I'll Die for the Wind of the Mountains"(Armenian folk song) from his Stranger Concert in Yerevan(HQ fancam by Dia Linwen) - "All By Myself"(Cover) from his Arnau Concert in NY, it's a bit more playful and fun. ...And I really hope you'll continue the Ultimate Dimash Guide by LiLaSi at some point, it's an important watch I think. She recently did a 3-part "mini-series" in a similar format of Dimash singing acapella, improvising, playing instruments, etc, that I think you'll love(it's separate from the guide so no need to watch it first).

I’ve been an avid fan of Dimash’s for the past 6.5 years, have flown to attend two of his concerts. This is just my personal opinion: Dimash catering to a younger audience, becoming more “modern” is not for me. He does not have the “coolness” to pull off an MJ-type performance. Further, his English is difficult to understand in Smoke (it was great in When I’ve…) and there’s too much of the redundant soprano vocals. Everyone is entitled to his or her opinion; I’m sad to witness the direction he’s taking, but I wish him the very best.

Not everything he does is liked by everyone. He is going in another direction, you are right, it's for the western audiences, i.e. the US However they are not used to intricate songs that he normally does. I am English and his is now very good so I think he will do very well, once they get used to his perfect voice. P S. He had a concert in New York in 2019, attended by pple from many states & countries. What was spectacular was that they could sing in Qazaq.

You’ve a good point and agree with you. I’m just an idealist-I want the American culture to become more cultured, sophisticated and Dimash to continue his beautiful pieces of work. I’d love for him to record and release his outstanding War and Peace in English. He’s such a great artist.
