Once you varnish the floor you’ll find all those imperfections look so much better, they add character and a rustic charm. Varnish works wonders. It does take a long time to dry though. You can easily scuff it if you rush using the room, with furniture, shoes etc.

Great advice, thanks. I am so excited to do that part 😆 and scared 😱 hehe. It should be next week. Hopefully, fingers crossed, amazon has been so annoying and cancelled the order 🙄 as the tin got damaged somehow, so I'm waiting for another tin. 🦇🐈‍⬛✨️👻✨️

Not necessarily afraid of heights myself, but I have balance issues and tend to get a little bit of vertigo when I’m on a ladder.

In our flat we are not allowed to decorate. Wish I could put up wallpaper, but... And most walls are also hard as rock. So not easy hang up things either. But I have done decoration. And it's always fun see the end result. Have you thought of put an extended handle on your brush? So you don't have to stand on things to reach? Looking forward to next part of this. I always wonder if you get paint on your cool clothes You got more energy than me I couldn't paint like that I would be using a long stick and roller cover more area.. 🖤🦇🖤

No, I don't ever get paint on me. Maybe one or two drips on the floor, but just wipe as soon as that happens. Lol 😆 painting might be my goth superpower 😆 🤣 joking no. I am super careful not to make a mess. I hate cleaning up paint.

I cringe when you climb up on cabinets and chairs to paint, and with the slippers on, no wonder you're afraid of heights. You need to get a compact folding ladder! Love your channel...stay safe!

I do all my own decorating and a lot of DIY. I use a brush, never rollers, for the exact same reason as you! You’d have to remove every single thing from a room and cover everything with plastic sheets (Dexter! 🤣) to use rollers. They’re so messy, I hate them. You could do with a nice step ladder, missus, don’t fall!! I’m still amused that you wear all these lovely tops for painting that I’d hate to get paint on!😮Did you get a new tv?

No, not yet !! That will have to wait ✋️ probably wouldn't get a new one till after gothmas now ... meh, wait for sales, maybe. I don't get paint on me, ha ha 🙃 🤣 I hardly make a mess. If I used a roller, I would definitely need to put plastic over everything, and over the cats children, it would definitely look like a dexter scene he he there I have a lader phobia I don't like the noises they make. From a professional painter....it saves SO much time using a roller and it doesn't leave brush marks everywhere. Just push everything into the middle of the room and cover it. You only need one large drop sheet to roll. Rolling slowly cuts down on splatter. Latex paint also comes off everything easily except fabric anyway. Get a pole for the roller to save time and your body. It's very easy if you use the correct tools and stay organized.
