Also FYI power stat doesn’t make you stronger it’s just a determined number for ILV of a gear. Like with crafting you can craft a item that says 800 power and you get a higher roll I’ve had 850-865 roll higher then the blueprint showed of 800. If the stats on the item are higher the weapon will do more damage than a higher power level weapon. For example you can take a 500 power weapon that does 20 damage. You do 95 normal hit and 150 crit. Adding elemental build up mods will boost the item to 1300 power if you use 3 elemental mods. Your damage will still be 95 normal 150 crit. You will just build the elemental proc faster. Adding crit damage mods will boost the damage on it though for your crits. Always look for highest stats >power.

Thats why I have 3 crit chance mods for melee but 3 element mods for ranged. Makes it more dynamic. Use your Strong ranged attack to proc element on everything and just pummel them with melee

I hope they do a QoL of update and allow you to change the look of transmog gear. It kinda sucks that you have to make your build around the armor you want to wear, especially if you can’t respec.

I don’t know what these guys are talking about man, I have over 100 hours in the game and I can’t get ONE piece of legendary, somehow I’m lv 40 did everything (including ng+) and the game is so bad made that everything you do you get BLUEPRINTS!! I have 20 of the gold materials needed to craft legendary and I have O legendary to dismantle and the game keeps giving me more blueprints. Please don’t wast your time with this game right now, it’s completely broken. And yes im doing very hard side activity and still only blueprints….who is I charge of this, no joke seems like a 10 year old kid.

@@honesttruthonly4792 I have not had a single legendary item drop, but feels like damn near every blueprint. I feel you, it took me about 5 hours of grinding to even get my first block of materials. After that, I had two "bosses" in one night, so I was able to get roughly 1000 mats in about 5-10min. It is super RNG. Most people find a boss and kill just the boss, reset game to farm the boss for mats. Each kill grants roughly 300-500 mats. I don't think the game is bad by any means, but the loot system could be changed that we can agree on. Only blueprints, or what seems like only blueprints, is frustrating.

Brutes are spongy at first but the game gives you tools to take them out faster. It makes the progression feel meaningful. Normal enemies aren’t spongy at all on medium difficulty.

Def should lower the difficulty sometimes. When I'm fed up with some mobs ik I can beat, it's just taking a while, I just drop the difficulty down to very easy and 1 shot them and then raise it back up

your best bet is to turn your camera on the next enemy you want to jump to, wait for his symbol to pop up on their head then hit the attack button

Face the camera to next enemy and the game does it automatically. No need to hit square or anything.

Also good to note that if you attempt to pounce on a brute and you haven't broken their block/shield then it will cancel your attack

I know this is a year-old video, but I'm watching it for the first time as I just started playing the game, and it's extremely unhelpful that you refer to the place that we put the mods as, first, "the squares," and then less than a minute later, "the circles," and it's plainly obvious that they're neither, they're hexagons. Maybe you should retake elementary school geometry, but, really, you can't tell a circle from a square?

Theres abilities you need There’s the back attack one The critical damage on takedowns The one for stealth attacks on bigs

I mean stealth attacks are basically just huge crits, so like...The only way to increase the chance of an enemy not getting up after a stealth attack, even big enemies, is to just flat increase the damage you deal. Whether it's better gear or damage buff abilities/passives.

You can only upgrade your gear with better mods but until youre max level you’ll be crafting gear and dismantling it as you play. So yes it is annoying if you have a fire elemental weapon and you like it but not doing enough damage. You have to craft frequently and find a new, better fire weapon
