Don't use appearances or assumptions about anther person to justify your blind anger. Also, I'm aware of some people liking Ed. He's odd, handsome & intelligent, yet those three features aren't what most see. for example: Officer Dougherty didn't like Ed, Miss Kringle didn't like him at first. A few Officers had shown dislike toward Ed by bullying him. It wasn't just Bullock.

I've been a Batman fan my whole life, and I've always liked the idea of the Riddler, but I've just never felt that anyone has truly captured him on the screen. Corey Michael Smith has used 75 years worth of the Riddler's existence and mastered it in my opinion. Favorite character of the show, with Penguin just behind him.

Jerome and riddler are spot on with maybe a few changes. Penguin captures every aspect of the penguin character except gives him a dramatic almost corny and laughable demeanor sometimes. But since the character of penguin was originally meant to be funny, that's also in character. He is the penguin perfectly translated. Of course the silver age version of him and riddler are no DIRECTLY referenced because theyre so different but it's there in the performance. Penguin captures every aspect of the character over the years especially in my opinion all his unlikable traits. Especially in season one and season five. Especially season one. He turned his prom date into a pr*stitute in Batman Triumphant. It is ridiculous but disturbing. He is also insecure about his appearance which he also is in season one even though he looks different

Amy G Cory's natural speaking is slower, relaxed and more nuanced, whereas he speaks faster as Edward to show a character who is eager to impress with his knowlege but get turned away often so he speaks his piece faster before being rejected.

Idk if I agree with this direction. I've always believed that Ed nygma/riddler was one of the most brilliant geniuses in the dcu. Someone who's analytical and reasoning abilities surpass even batman, but riddler is just trapped and held back by a severe obsessive compulsive mind. Basically he's like Mycroft to batman's Sherlock. But I don't get that from this portrayal.
