Gothics East Face (Rainbow Slide) 2013 June15

Kevin "MudRat" MacKenzie, Rich McKenna, Mike McLean and Greg Kadlecik on Gothics' East Face.
This is a variation of a couple routes on the east face. We started on the central slab "Over the Rainbow" route (5.5) and traversed off route to while soloing it. We did belay one person across the traverse. We connected with the upper portion of the Stanley-Goodwin 4th class route that traverses under the dramatic overhang. This was the first portion of a long day that included the East Face, South Face "Original Route" and North Face "New Finger Slide". Special thanks to Mike McLean for being bringing the pro and helping make the day as successful as it was.
