Not all jobs can pay the same to every single person, that's even including lower end jobs. It depends on the business and how sustainable it. Are you talking about minimum wage? Because even that realistically depends on a state by state basis. California or New York can afford a higher wage because states like those attract more business, tourist and overall money to stimulate that area, vs somewhere random like Missouri. 3) Mandatory Vax for adults are you talking about all types or just for COVID?? Regardless not everyone can even take a Vax for health reasons. Also it is a person's choice not to take a Vax. Yes they may be limited from certain areas but if you talking about making it mandatory in order to let's say not go to jail that's not right.
