Few people know this method! Surprise your family! A beautiful recipe for cookies for tea.
Ingredients:
Flour +/- 350 grams
Powdered sugar - 160 grams
Butter - 180 grams
Egg - 2 pcs.
Baking powder - 1/3 tsp.
Salt - a pinch
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp.
Bake at 180°C (356~°F) ~ 15-17 minutes. Baking time and temperature depend on the characteristics of the oven
