I have this same scooter and I am right at 235lbs I ride it to work up hill at a 45* incline and it did great. Then I took it to some 90* big hills and it didn't quit . But i had also been running it hard for about two hours straight and it still got me home. down to one bar. I imagine these claims of 20 miles is on a flat ground. The cruise control can be deactivated by pressing the throttle again or tapping the brake. I hit 20mph on a main street down hill in a bike lane . This is a great 350w scooter.

It will go to 18+ in 2nd gear. 1st gear 15.5. I never take mine out of first gear, that's fast enough for me.

Does it actually? I've seen things that say 20 MPH and I see some other things saying 15.5 MPH. I'm confused. 😂

@@noahgonalzez No I think it's the way the motor is set. Like some models are advertised as being 15.5 MPH but on Amazon I was seeing 20 MPH. I ended up getting the Gotrax G4 from Amazon that has a 500 watt motor and goes 20 MPH.
