Not every time,, I saw a girl sing once,, she was really really good,,, he stopped her and had her sing her second choice song,, and they said she wasn't good enough,, even tho I totally disagree,,, then,, her gay brother sang next,,, and won instant stardom,,, even going on to win that season I do believe,,,, tho he was a very very good singer,,, he totally had a strong British accent while singing,, popular there but not world wide,,, she spoke with an accent but sang with a neutral voice,,,, so I feel they picked him ahead of time,, as I thought she was just as good as any woman I heard that season,,, and better than several others from all seasons.... but what do I know,,, I've only been involved with listening to music over 50 years

He was very soulful. I liked that more than the magic, which was amazing, but low-key. Still, his facial expressions and appearance to the music was feeling, strange, and mysterious. I thought "Menudo" was good. Hope the young kid doesn't end up like Michael Jackson.

This newer way of handling auditions and the contestants (being way too "PC"), accepting people/acts that are not yet ready or worthy, is NOT beneficial to anyone, especially them (the contestants). Criticism, Failure, Rejection and things of the like are NOT bad things!!! We need to stop treating a if they are. We need to adjust the way we think about these things, and see them for what they are/can be -> Truly powerful & necessary tools that help us learn, help us grow, help us be better, help us reach greatness!
