GOTU KOLA Ayurvedic Herb - 6 Main Reasons to Use

Gotu kola is the leaf of a vine-growing plant species known as Centella asiatica. It is one of the great rasayanas utilized for centuries in the East Indian herbal system of Ayurveda.
Its main botanical nutrients include the class of triterpenes, primarily asiaticoside, madecassoside, asiatic acid and madecassic acid. This Ayurvedic herb is commonly taken as a tea infusion, dried powder or liquid extract for these main (and sometimes overlapping) reasons we share in this video.

There are 3-4 varieties that some university grew in Karnataka State of India, I tried growing it, and it helped me a lot during my exams and I still have it I also squeeze the juice on my skin as a natural toner and my skin glows 🌟

Gotu kola grows wild in Florida and I've also found it in parts of coastal Virginia.

In n.e. we called perupp we.boil with.potato crush mixed well put salt chilli pnion serve with rice....we boil with Pelled cumber also ...and we make salad we can eat raw also.
