Hola gracias por tu comentario 👍, y si tienes razón, me refiero al afrecho de trigo pero ojo no al germen ni al salvado de trigo, el afrecho ya es el último subproducto que queda, se usa para la formulación de distintos alimentos balanceados en la industria pecuaria. Hola, es el salvado de trigo, y le llaman también tercerilla, cascarilla, barcia o cunchu. Lo que pasa que aquí el salvado de trigo tienen otras presentaciones más refinadas y para consumo humano. Pero he visto y me han contado aquí mismo que en otros lugares le llaman también Salvado de trigo indistintamente para referirse al Afrecho.
