It's like discovering occult wisdom of food preparation . And you're like an alchemist creating things from scratch.. Like fermentation in so versatile ways but still for everyday things? That's an absolute new level of the art of cooking (at least to me). Great inspiration!

I tried fermented garlic made out of fresh garlic. Tastes good. Very appealing, aesthetic channel with beautiful music, that is informative and calming down at the same time. Shared it.❤

Thank you for sharing. I was recently told, that the green parts on the cauliflower are edible. I put them into stews or soups. Also the stems of broccoli but just the inner center.

I love this video, thank you for making it. I would just add a suggestion. Maybe also make something of okara, the left over soy when making soy milk. We turn our into meat loaves, burgers, pie fillings, all vegan of course.

I admire how you think about reusing plastic bags and reducing waste, but do you have a recommendation for paper towels? I saw that you use them a lot throughout the entire storage process. Is there another way where we use less of them?

Thank you so much for being very thoughtful. I reuse my paper towel by drying it after each use. It's very easy to dry, just leave it on a basket in the pantry. I use cloth towels with most things but for things that I don't want them to stain my cloth towels, I use paper towel in stead.

Soups and vegetable broth! You can also juice it or add it to your green smoothies !

If I have too many, I use them as I do with the broccoli florets. They take a longer time to cook, but they taste good. If I only have one or 2 stems, I just peel the skin off and eat them fresh right then!

Instead of discarding the bits you cut off, put them in freezer bags or glass containers and freeze them to use in making stock or just cut up stems more finely and eat in you meal. Too much good, usable food is thrown away in the world. No offense meant. I adore your videos.

Leave out all the oil items, and you actually have yourself some healthy stuff! Oil is not a food...
