I was a Kc-10 Crew Chief there KBAD 91-94, tdy to Hickam many times. The good ole days. I sat in that boomers cockpit seat many times for takeoff, even better view from the boomers seat in the back below.

@@AviationDirection Waikiki and Diamond Head. Scary takeoffs in an overweight and underpowered (by today's standards) KC-135A. Lift off and break right, hoping the water injection didn't quit.
