@@COINsimp2024, Georgia HB30 defines antisemitism based on the IHRA definition (which includes the criticism of Israel) for use by law enforcement in the determination of hate crimes. This means if someone puts up flyers criticizing Israel, law enforcement has the option to charge them with a hate crime.
