Veronica Leigh Johnson exactly! It was great seeing this and the margin of victory (almost double digits) but not over and won’t be until we get someone respectable back into the White House. Midterms are not an indication of presidential election, but it is a sign Michigan is moving in right direction!

Here is a lady who went to bat for a citizen who lost his son because he was taunted so badly in his high school. Mathew Epling. She had to fight with her right wing Republican members of the state house. She wrote the Matt Epling bill. Of course our Republican house tweaked it to fit their bigotry. It went something like, "it is not okay to harass a gay person unless your religion permits it." Wow, that would be exactly what my brother in law does. Those southern baptists are so very kind to gay folks. My own mom saw who he really is before she passed away. An ignorant drunken fundamentalist Republican whose family came here from the bible belt, brought their literal interpretation of scripture with them giving them a permit to harass people who do not think the same. Now we have someone who is for all the people in this office. We feel really good about Governor Whitmer. This woman is Christian in the truest sense of the word. Glad you won Ms. Whitmer. We know you will be good for all of the people. Not just the rich business people. All of the people. Rich, poor, black, white, gay, not gay, Hispanic, Middle Eastern, Jew, Catholic, Protestant, Muslim. The former AG's myopic view is now tossed in the garbage. You can see how hard she fought for Mr. Epling after he lost his son to get protection passed by staying right on you tube and typing Gretchen Whitmer fights for the Matt Epling bill. She is good. All of the haters will now have to slither back into the woodwork like the filthy roaches they are.

nobody realizes that she got a ton of money from Blue Cross Insurance Company for campaign . Why does she have Blue Cross in her pocket ???. First thing she wants to do is increase small business tax and income tax. She thinks we're going to be able to fix our roads by collecting money made from recreational marijuana but if she would have looked into Colorado and other states she would have learned that the tax revenue is only there for a very short time as the value of marijuana dropped big time and people won't buy from stores that pay taxes they will grow it themselves or buy it on the black market. She also wants to expand welfare instead of creating more jobs. As a Democrat I'm shocked that other Democrats voted for her !!!!. She's no different than greedy Republicans corporate bastards except for she wants to destroy our state through socialism ideas.

BCBSM supported Gretchen for two reasons: 1, Abdul El-Sayed campaigned on putting them out of business and 2, if Schuette got elected, he would have immediately ripped up the Medicaid expansion, costing them 600,000 paying customers.
