However, Noem has never displayed remorse nor has she indicated that she would never treat animals that way again. Rather, she has consistently been defensive about her behavior while also telling blatant lies (in her book, subsequently redacted) about meeting Kim Jong Un. It's rather easy to identify a fraud if you are objective.
