With due respect, the position of a Governor is not philanthropy but a responsibility so, what governance entails is expected of the Governor. In this case, our respected scholar should rather address the obvious poor governance in all sectors in the state. Lagos State for example is doing reasonably far better!

Who says we are not also in Nigeria, Am an Islamic cleric, a building contractor, a tax consultant, an Imam of a central Mosque, we have a group called professional Clerics. So I huge not to generalise, likewise don't be judgemental over persons of this Clerics, Chief Imam of Offa is a mechanised farmer. So be guided. Salaam
