I had a priest teacher in Catholic high school who everybody knew was a dirty old man back in the 90s. Just about 2 years ago he finally screwed up and was caught with thousands of explicit images of children and over a dozen videos. What is so sad about all this stuff to me is the people in power are the most messed up and getting away with it. And then there are so many people who don’t have any money to find justice here in Canada I know it’s a problem with false accusations ending up becoming convictions because they can’t afford a good lawyer and they are so afraid of getting big time because of how corrupt the court has become that they just plead guilty to survive. This is apparently more than enough to get a poor young guy nailed down. But wouldn’t even touch the rich guys.
