I do not think they forget they know it theory but when it comes to practically that where they are lock of drivers of all vehicles need to put interests in saft driving. Because when you are talking about Road Safety it include every ones .drivers bickers walkers runners standees ect will be a part of the Road Safety . At junctions wings will need to be there for drivers to pull off so the traffic can flow free .standees will need to know that they cannot stand in traffic drive way so it include sings to correct rong decisions to improve Road safety will bring penalties .example some walk cross in front of a moving truck passing by should be charge and lock up until some pays her or his bill that will help to control reckless actions think of it
